Good technical functionality is found at the heart of any sturdy piece of software. However, because any software finally will be used by people, unless it is pleasing and easy to use for them they would hate to use it. Of course, after buying it they may not have a choice but keep using it. But, good businessmen know that their business does not really end once a product is sold- it actually starts after a product is sold!

It is human tendency to reject instruments that demand lots of attention or skill to use them. Automatic transmission cars are easy to use and also reduce accidents because, to operate them one needs to use only one leg and far lesser skill. Naturally, most city commuters tend to buy them over manual transmission cars.

While making easy to use software is relatively complex, it is lot better than risking total failure of your product in the market or with your clients.
